New Issue: Statkraft places €1 billion dual-tranche green bonds

Chicago, March 19 – Statkraft AS placed €1 billion of green bonds in a dual-tranche offering (A/A-), according to a press release.

The tranche sizes were not detailed.

The offering includes 3.375% bonds due in March 2032 and 3.75% bonds due in 2039.

More than 200 accounts participated in the deal with the order book more than 5x oversubscribed.

Barclays, Nordea, DNB Markets, Danske Bank, UniCredit and Societe Generale were joint bookrunners on the issue.

The bonds will be listed in Dublin.

The hydropower company is based in Oslo.
