Moody’s assigns Station Casino notes B3

Moody's Ratings said it assigned a B3 rating to Station Casinos LLC's upcoming $750 million of senior unsecured notes.

All of Station Casinos’ other ratings remain unchanged, including the company's B1 corporate family rating and B1-PD probability of default rating, the agency said. The company's speculative grade liquidity rating remains unchanged at SGL-2.

Station Casinos will use the proceeds, together with borrowings under the company's new revolver and new term loan B, both rated Ba2, to pay down the term loan A due 2025, refinance the term loan B1 due 2027, and pay related fees and expenses.

The outlook remains stable.
