S&P pulls Station Casinos from watch

S&P said it affirmed its ratings on Station Casinos LLC, including the B+ issuer rating, and removed the ratings from CreditWatch with negative implications. S&P placed the ratings on CreditWatch on March 20.

S&P revised the outlook to negative. The outlook reflects S&P’s forecast for adjusted leverage to remain well above the 6x downgrade threshold over the next several quarters, the agency said.
