Fitch rates State Grid notes A+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned final ratings of A+ to State Grid Overseas Investment (2014) Ltd.'s $1.25 billion 2¾% guaranteed senior notes due 2019, $1.6 billion 4 1/8% guaranteed senior notes due 2024 and $650 million 4.85% guaranteed senior notes due 2044.

The notes are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by State Grid Corp. of China (SGCC, A+/stable). The notes are rated at the same level as SGCC's senior unsecured rating as they represent unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the company.
