China’s State Grid unit to list $15 billion medium-term note program

Columbus, Ohio, July 24 – State Grid Overseas Investment (2016) Ltd. applied to list a $15 billion guaranteed medium-term note program, according to a notice with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.
Notes issued under the program will be guaranteed by State Grid Corp. of China.
HSBC, Citigroup, Bank of China, ICBC International, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC are the arrangers and dealers.
The listing is expected to become effective on Monday.
The power distributor is based in Beijing.
