Columbus, Ohio, March 18 – State Bank of India issued Rs. 30 billion of 10-year 8.45% tier II bonds through a private placement, according to notice with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The Basel III compliant bonds will be callable after five years.
State Bank of India is a Mumbai-based multinational, public sector banking and financial services company.
