S&P rates State Bank of India notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned its BBB- long-term issue rating to benchmark-sized notes that the State Bank of India London Branch plans to issue. The U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes will be part of the India-based bank's $10 billion medium-term note program.

The outlook is stable.
