Hong Kong's NCLC to roadshow $350 to $450 million 10-year senior notes April 26 to May 5

New York, April 26 - NCL Corp. started a roadshow this week for an offering of $350 million to $450 million senior notes due 2014 (B2/B+), according to press releases and market sources.

The roadshow will run from April 26 through May 5, starting in the United States on April 27. Pricing is expected on May 6.

The notes will be non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt and general corporate purposes including the construction of new cruise ships.

JP Morgan is the bookrunner on the Rule 144A/ Regulation S offering.

NCLC is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Star Cruises Ltd.
