New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.03 million buffered return optimization notes linked to 10 stocks

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 29 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.03 million of 0% buffered return optimization securities due June 30, 2017 linked to a basket of 10 stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The equally weighted basket includes the class A common stock of Alphabet Inc., the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc., the common stock of Apple Inc., the common stock of Cisco Systems, Inc., the class A common stock of Comcast Corp., the class A common stock of Facebook, Inc., the common stock of Gilead Sciences, Inc., the ordinary shares of Medtronic plc, the common stock of Netflix, Inc. and the common stock of Starbucks Corp.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.5 times any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 15.81%. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
