Moody's: No change to Avaya

Moody's said Avaya Inc.'s B3 corporate family rating is unaffected by the turnover in its management ranks

The agency said the turnover is concerning, but the numbers are relatively small in comparison to the approximate 3,000 overall headcount reduction that has taken place since acquiring Nortel in December 2009.

According to Moody's, the restructuring reduced a significant number of duplicate positions.
