New Issue: Stanley Black & Decker prices $800 million 2.9% 10-year notes at 120 bps spread

New York, Nov. 1 - Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. sold $800 million of 10-year notes Thursday, according to a term sheet.
The 2.9% notes were priced at 99.914 to yield 2.91%, or 120 basis points over Treasuries.
The notes (/A/A-) feature a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 20 bps.
The bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
