Standard Chartered establishes $77.5 billion debt issuance program

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 1 – Standard Chartered plc and Standard Chartered Bank launched a $77.5 billion debt issuance program on June 15, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Standard Chartered Bank are the joint arrangers as well as serving as dealers with BofA Securities, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd., Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets, UBS Investment Bank, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International and Morgan Stanley.

BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Ltd. is the trustee for the Regulation S and Rule 144A program.

The first issuance from the multicurrency program occurred June 27.
