Standard Chartered four-year notes talked at 110-115 bps area spread

Concord, N.H., Nov. 16 – Standard Chartered plc is guiding an offering of notes due Nov. 23, 2025 to yield in the area of Treasuries plus 110 basis points to Treasuries plus 115 bps, according to a market source on Tuesday.

BofA, Citigroup, JPMorgan, Nomura and Standard Chartered Bank are bookrunners of the deal.

The international banking and financial services company is based in London.
