Fitch: Standard Chartered Bank program F1+

Fitch Ratings (Thailand) said it has assigned a national short-term rating of F1+ to Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) PCL's unsecured, unsubordinated debenture program of up to Thai baht 15 billion with a maturity of no more than 270 days to be issued in several tranches over the next three years.

The bank's national long-term rating is AA+.

Fitch said the bank's credit ratings are premised on Standard Chartered Bank of the United Kingdom remaining the controlling shareholder.
