STAG Industrial's 6.625% preferreds admitted to begin trading on NYSE

Minneapolis, April 17 - STAG Industrial, Inc.'s 6.625% series B cumulative redeemable preferred stock have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The stock trades under the symbol "STAG PR B."

The company priced $62.5 million of the preferreds on April 9.

As previously reported, Raymond James & Associates Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunning mangers.

The Boston-based real estate company will contribute proceeds to its operating partnership, which will then use the funds to pay down a credit facility, to fund acquisitions, for general working capital purposes or for a combination thereof.
