Prospect News reports four new defaults for week of May 7 to May 13

Pittsburgh, May 15 – Prospect News reported four new defaults for the week of May 7 through May 13.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Stage Stores, Inc., Avianca Holdings SA and Neiman Marcus Group Ltd. LLC and a Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filing made by ALDO Group Inc.

So far in 2020, Prospect News has reported 112 defaults, including 73 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 21 missed interest payments, six missed payments, three each of CCAA filings and missed principal payments, two administrations and one each of missed principal and interest payments, Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, Danish Section 11b filings and Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings.
