SSE to price eight-year senior green bonds via RBS

Chicago, Aug. 30 – SSE plc plans to price eight-year senior green bonds via Royal Bank of Scotland plc as stabilizing manager.

The offering is expected to begin Aug. 30 in London and run for up to 30 days, according to the pre-stabilization notice.

The stabilizing managers are RBS, trading as NatWest Markets, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, SA, Banco Santander SA and Barclays Bank plc.

The stabilization managers may over-allot up to 5% of the issue size.

SSE is a British energy company based in Perth, Scotland.
