New Issue: Thailand's Sri Trang sells 900 million baht of 4.1%, 4½% debentures

Madison, Wis., Feb. 14 - Sri Trang Agro-Industry PCL said it issued 900 million baht of unsubordinated debentures in two tranches on Wednesday.

The first tranche, totaling 300 million baht, consisted of three-year debentures with a fixed coupon of 4.1%.

The second tranche was 600 million baht of five-year debentures with a fixed coupon of 4½%.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and business expansion.

Sri Trang is a rubber company based in Bangkok.
