New Issue: Indonesia’s Sri Rejeki Isman prices $70 million add-on to 9% notes due 2019 at 104.25

Atlanta, Nov. 7 – Indonesia’s PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. (Sritex) priced a $70 million tap of its 9% notes due April 4, 2019 (expected ratings: B1/BB-/) at 104.25, a market source said.

The pricing matched talk, set at 104.25.

Barclays was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The notes were issued by Golden Legacy Pte.

Sritex is an Indonesian manufacturer of textiles.
