Sritex invites noteholders to presentation of restructuring plan

Los Angeles, Nov. 8 – Indonesia’s PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. (Sritex) issued a notice to noteholders regarding a presentation of a restructuring plan.

Specifically, holders are invited to attend a presentation on Nov. 12 of a revised PKPU composition plan to the creditors in Sritex’s PKPU proceeding.

The invitation is being extended to holders of Sritex’s $225 million 7¼% senior notes due 2025 (ISINs: US69408LAB27, USY714AGAB82) and the $150 million 6 7/8% senior notes due 2024 (ISINs: US38109KAC99, USY2749KAC46) issued by subsidiary Golden Legacy Pte. Ltd. and guaranteed by Sritex.
