Chicago, March 14 – Sri Lanka issues $1.4 billion 7.85% bonds (B2/B/B) due 2029 on Thursday, according to a press release.
BOCI Asia Ltd., Citigroup Global Capital Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, HSBC Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc, SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank were lead managers and bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
