Sri Lanka sets talk at 6¼% area on dollar benchmark five-year notes; pricing as soon as Monday

Atlanta, Jan. 6 - Sri Lanka has set price talk at the 6¼% area for its dollar-denominated offering of benchmark-sized notes due in five years (expected ratings: B1/B+/BB), a market source said.

Citigroup, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The notes could price as soon as Monday.
