India's SREI Infrastructure to offer Rs. 750 million of debentures

New York, May 8 - SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its Rs. 750 million public issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures will open for subscription on May 9 and close on June 9.

Srei is a financial services company based in Kolkata, India.
