Sql Star board moves up discussion of $15 million convertibles issue

Des Moines, Jan. 11 - Sql Star International Ltd.'s board moved up its meeting to discuss a possible $15 million convertibles issue to Jan. 17 from Jan. 23.

The company said in a release that the offering will be considered early because of a lack of time. All other items on the agenda of the original meeting for will still be discussed in a meeting on Jan. 23.

The offering may include global depositary receipts, foreign currency convertible bonds, American depositary receipts or other securities. It could be made in the Indian or international markets.

Sql Star is an information technology services company based in Hyderabad, India.
