Sql Star board to mull possible $15 million convertibles offering

Des Moines, Jan. 8 - Sql Star International Ltd. board will consider a $15 million issue of global depositary receipts, foreign currency convertible bonds, American depositary receipts or other securities at its meeting on Jan. 23.

The offering could be made in the Indian or international markets.

Sql Star is an information technology services company based in Hyderabad, India.
