Sprint intends to price benchmark 10-year senior notes Monday

Portland, Ore., Dec. 9 - Sprint Corp. plans to price a benchmark-sized offering of dollar-denominated 10-year senior notes on Monday, according to market sources.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering.

The Overland Park, Kan.-based telecom plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including retirement or service requirements of outstanding debt and network expansion and modernization.
