Moody's assigns Sprint notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to Sprint Corp.'s proposed offering of senior unsecured notes due 2024.

Sprint's other ratings and stable outlook remain unchanged.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, redemptions or service requirements of outstanding debt, network expansion and modernization.
