Moody's gives Springs Window loan B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 rating to a new $38 million proposed revolver tranche under Springs Window Fashions, LLC's senior secured credit facility.

Concurrently, all existing ratings were affirmed, including the B2 corporate family rating, the agency said, adding that the outlook was raised to positive from stable.

According to Moody's, Springs intends to enter into an amendment and extension transaction that will downsize the committed amount of its revolving credit facility to $75 million from $100 million.
