Spotless starts roadshow for €400 million seven-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., June 6 - France's Spotless Holdings S.A.S. began a roadshow on Monday for a €400 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (B3/B), according to an informed source.

The roadshow wraps up on Thursday, and the notes are expected to price thereafter.

JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are the physical bookrunners. Barclays and HSBC are the joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with three years of call protection.

Neuilly-sur-Seine, France-based home care consumer goods group plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
