New Issue: Bank of America prices $6.93 million autocallable step-up notes linked to S&P Oil & Gas

Tacoma, Wash., June 30 – Bank of America Corp. priced $6.93 million of 0% autocallable market-linked step-up notes due June 23, 2017 linked to the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Select Industry index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called if the index closes at or above the initial index level on either of two observation dates. The call amount is $11 per $10 principal amount if the notes are called on June 26, 2015 or $12 if they are called on June 17, 2016.

If the notes and not called and the final index level is greater than the step-up value, 120% of the initial level, then the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level but less than or equal to the step-up value, then the payout will be par plus 20%.

If the final index level is less than the initial index level but greater than or equal to the threshold value, 96% of the initial index level, then the payout will be par.

If the final index level is less than the threshold value, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 4%.
