Morgan Stanley to price PLUS on basket of two indexes, two ETFs

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 31 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 4, 2018 linked to an equally weighted basket of two indexes and two exchange-traded funds, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The basket consists of the S&P MidCap 400 index, Russell 2000 index, iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any basket gain, subject to a maximum payout of $11.12 per PLUS.
Investors will be fully exposed to any basket decline.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Sept. 1.
The Cusip number is 61766A848.
