Goldman calls $119.25 million autocallables linked to S&P MidCap 400

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 4 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. said it will redeem in full its $119.25 million of outstanding 0% autocallable index-linked notes due June 17, 2011 linked to the S&P MidCap 400 index at 107 on Nov. 5.

The notes priced in March 2010 and are callable if the index closes at or above 107% of the initial index level on Tuesday of any week.

The Bank of New York Mellon (800 254-2826) is the trustee.
