New Issue: Citigroup prices $6.94 million buffered notes linked to S&P MidCap 400

New York, Feb. 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $6.94 million of 0% buffered notes due Feb. 12, 2025 linked to the S&P MidCap 400 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index gain, capped at par plus 15.6%.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by no more than 15% and lose 1.1765% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
