New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $500,000 buffered PLUS linked to index basket

Chicago, Nov. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $500,000 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 21, 2027 linked to an unequally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index (55% weight), the Russell 2000 index (30% weight) and the S&P MidCap 400 index (15% weight), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of basket is greater than its initial value, the payout will be par plus 125% of the basket return.

If the basket falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.

If the basket falls by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the basket beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
