New Issue: Mexico's Spira sells Ps. 500 million 336-day certificados bursatiles at 8.28%

New York, Nov. 29 - Spira de Mexico SA de CV sold Ps. 500 million of 336-day certificados bursatiles (//F2) at par to yield 8.28% via an auction on Wednesday.

Bids ranged from 8.22% to 8.39%.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for the transaction.

This is the third issue in Spira's current certificados bursatiles program.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a Mexican credit card company.
