Singapore's SPI Electricity and Gas Australia's $300 million 10-year notes talked at T+105 bps

New York, Oct. 25 - SPI Electricity and Gas Australia Holdings, an Australian unit of state-owned Singapore Power, set price guidance for its $300 million offering of 10-year bonds (A3/A-) at Treasuries plus 105 basis points, according to a market source.
The deal is expected to price this week.
The proposed issuance is part of the company's euro medium-term note program.
Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley are running the Regulation S deal.
SPI Electricity used to be known as TXU Australia.
