Credit Suisse applies to transfer 12 VelocityShares ETNs to Nasdaq

Chicago, Nov. 19 - Credit Suisse AG said it applied to transfer the listing of 12 of its VelocityShares exchange-traded notes from NYSE Arca to the Nasdaq.

The transfer would create greater cost efficiencies, according to a company press release.

The ETNs will begin trading on the Nasdaq on Dec. 2, subject to approval. The ETNs are expected to continue to trade on NYSE Arca on a listed basis until the transfer is completed.

After the transfer, each series of the transferred ETNs will retain the same Cusip, exchange ticker symbol and indicative value ticker symbol.

The notes and Cusips are as follows:

• VelocityShares Daily Inverse VIX Short Term ETN linked to the S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures index due Dec. 4, 2030 (22542D795);

• VelocityShares Daily Inverse VIX Medium Term ETN linked to the S&P 500 VIX Mid-Term Futures index due Dec. 4, 2030 (22542D829);

• VelocityShares VIX Short Term ETN linked to the S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures index due Dec. 4, 2030 (22539T621);

• VelocityShares VIX Medium Term ETN linked to the S&P 500 VIX Mid-Term Futures index due Dec. 4, 2030 (22542D787);

• VelocityShares Daily 2x VIX Short Term ETN linked to the S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures index due Dec. 4, 2030 (22539T613);

• VelocityShares Daily 2x VIX Medium Term ETN linked to the S&P 500 VIX Mid-Term Futures index due Dec. 4, 2030 (22539T100);

• VelocityShares 3x Long Gold ETN linked to the S&P GSCI Gold Index ER due Oct. 14, 2031 (22542D688);

• VelocityShares 3x Long Silver ETN linked to the S&P GSCI Silver Index ER due Oct. 14, 2031 (22539T597);

• VelocityShares 2x Long Platinum ETN linked to the S&P GSCI Platinum Index ER due Oct. 14, 2031 (22542D647);

• VelocityShares 3x Inverse Gold ETN linked to the S&P GSCI Gold Index ER due Oct. 14, 2031 (22542D670);

• VelocityShares 3x Inverse Silver ETN linked to the S&P GSCI Silver Index ER due Oct. 14, 2031 (22542D654); and

• VelocityShares 2x Inverse Platinum ETN linked to the S&P GSCI Platinum Index ER due Oct. 14, 2031 (22542D639).
