New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.54 million digital barrier notes linked to Euro Stoxx Banks, oil ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 24 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.54 million of 0% digital barrier notes due Sept. 27, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index and the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration and Production exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 14% unless either underlier finishes at or below its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing underlier from its initial level.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
