By Tali Rackner

Minneapolis, May 18 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price return enhanced notes due June 6, 2018 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus three times the return, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be 27.51% and will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund return is equal to its initial level, and will lose 1% for each 1% the fund declines from its initial level.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.

The notes will price on May 19 and settle on May 24.

The Cusip number is 22550B4Q3.
