Wells Fargo plans access securities linked to SPDR S&P MidCap 400

Tacoma, Wash., June 4 - Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% access securities due June 18, 2015 linked to the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the trust's final level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the trust return, subject to a maximum return of 12% to 15%. The exact cap will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the trust falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%, if any.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.

The notes are expected to price June 13 and settle June 18.

The Cusip number is 94986RQD6.
