JPMorgan redeems trigger phoenix autocallables on SPDR S&P MidCap 400

Madison, Wis., April 18 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. gave notice that it redeemed in full its $1,127,000 of outstanding trigger phoenix autocallable optimization securities due Jan. 18, 2013 linked to the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF trust on April 17.

The securities (Cusip: 48126B590) were redeemed at par plus a contingent coupon of 8.06% per year.
