New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.18 million capped gears on SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF

Los Angeles, Dec. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.18 million of 0% capped gears due Jan. 31, 2022 linked to the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 3 times any ETF gain, capped at par plus 13.35%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any ETF decline.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
