By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Aug. 12 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.31 million of 9% annualized autocallable yield notes due Feb. 15, 2012 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the SPDR S&P Metals & Mining exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par if each underlying component closes above its initial level on the call date, Nov. 9.
