New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.58 million autocallable contingent interest notes on two ETFs

New York, Feb. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.58 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due May 5, 2025 linked to the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1 and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 6.75%, paid monthly, if each underlying fund closes at or above its 70% trigger level on the related monthly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing price of each underlying fund is greater than or equal to its initial price on any monthly review date starting July 30, 2024.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either ETF closes below its trigger level on any trading day during the life of the notes and either ETF finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
