AutoZone plans to sell fixed-rate senior notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 26 – AutoZone, Inc. expects to sell dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying, redeeming or repurchasing debt.

AutoZone is a Memphis-based auto parts and supplies retailer.
