Chicago, Feb. 6 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $735,000 of 0% capped notes due June 17, 2024 linked to the SPDR Gold Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of the return of the ETF capped at par plus 10.55%. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
