Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 28 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.95 million of 9.7% autocallable fixed coupon ETF-linked notes due Sept. 28, 2026 linked to the performance of the VanEck Gold Miners ETF, the iShares Silver Trust and the SPDR Gold Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if the least-performing ETF closes at or above its initial level on any monthly call observation date after one year.
If the notes are not subject to an automatic call, the payout at maturity will be par unless any ETF finishes below the 70% trigger buffer, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the least-performing ETF.
