New Issue: JPMorgan prices $310,000 capped buffered equity notes linked to gold trust

Chicago, April 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $310,000 of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Aug. 28, 2023 linked to the SPDR Gold Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the ETF capped at par plus 14.15%. The payout will be par if the ETF declines but by no more than the 12% buffer. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
