New Issue: UBS prices $146,000 trigger performance notes on SPDR Euro Stoxx 50 ETF

Madison, Wis., Jan. 26 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $146,000 of 0% trigger performance securities due Feb. 3, 2020 linked to the SPDR Euro Stoxx 50 exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 169.01% of any fund gain.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 75% trigger level.

UBS Investment Bank and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
