San Diego, Aug. 30 - Royal Bank of Scotland plc priced $284,000 of 0% market-linked notes due March 1, 2016 linked to the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average exchange-traded fund trust, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the fund. If the fund return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.
RBS Securities Inc. is the agent, and SIP America LLC is the dealer.
